CORPORATE & MEDIA

At Menopause Care NZ, we are passionate about educating people about Menopause in the work place.

Menopausal women are the fastest growing group of workers in the UK. Yet, despite it being a natural life process for women, the menopause – and how menopause at work can affect your employees – is rarely discussed. As an GP and Menopause specialist, Dr Cheng knows only too well the huge impact this can have.

Dr Cheng has given multiple talks in workplaces in an effort to address this and educate both men and women in a positive way.

Some 80% of women will have menopausal symptoms with one in four having severe or very severe symptoms. According to research by the British Menopause Society, 45% of women report that the Menopause has had a negative impact on their work.

Sadly 1 in 10 women will resign from their job due to the menopause.

Please do not hesitate to get in touch, we can tailor make a menopause talk or seminar to suit your workplace and all employees will reap the benefits.
