- Yes. You can book directly using the online booking system.
- Can I have an online menopause consultation from anywhere in New Zealand?
- Yes. New and follow-up consultations are available by video for patients located in New Zealand. Consultations are not available for patients located outside New Zealand.
- What happens during a new patient consultation?
- A new patient consultation is 45 minutes and includes a detailed menopause assessment, discussion of your symptoms and appropriate treatment options, and a personalised treatment plan. A prescription may be provided where clinically appropriate.
- What should I do before my first appointment?
- After booking, you will receive a detailed health questionnaire by email. Please complete it before your consultation so Dr Cheng can prepare for your appointment.
- Can HRT be discussed or prescribed during a consultation?
- HRT and non-hormonal treatment options can be discussed. Following Dr Cheng's individual assessment, a prescription may be provided where clinically appropriate.
